    I usually go for the Gundam kits, not a lot of Zeon/Zaku mobile suits, but took a chance with this one. Turns out that I absolutely loved the change of normal kits. 10/10

    This was a fun one to build, it benefits from a lot of the same tech as the Zaku II 2.0 kits and has amazing posing potential despite it being so chunky. My one complain with this kit is there are still a lot of sprues from the older version that are not undergated. There are a lot of spots you have to clean up sprue marks. The revised shoulderpads in this new version don't really stay together so I did glue them, but it's not a problem outside of posing. If you're not sure the difference between the Dom and the Rick Dom, the Rick Dom is the space combat variant of the Dom and features a larger backpack and extra thrusters I believe. The main difference in the kits is the weapons, the Rick Dom comes with an absolutely massive 360mm cannon.

    I had a great experience with this kit, and have no real issues with it. Yes, it uses quite a few parts from the original Dom/Rick Dom, but they updated the kit where it really matters and that's what's most important. Obviously not the most comprehensive kit revision, but if you want a big kit with a lot of shelf presence and character, you'd be hard pressed to find a better option

    Awesome kit. Wonderful update to an old design. The build quality is everything you expect from Bandai.
