    I bought the steampunk owl puzzle, I haven't finished it yet but it is by far one of the coolest puzzles I've worked on, the instructions are straight forward.
    The customer service was quick and very helpful, I had a mild mix up when I first placed my order and so I emailed them, I got a reply the next day letting me know things were fixed.

    I am still in the beginning/middle of the assembly - this is a very complex puzzle, especially if you have bigger hands. Although, I like the challenge, the instruction manual could have been a bit clearer. Some of the steps are quite confusing.The good part is - the final product will look gorgeous, that much I can tell already. The bad part is - some pieces are of rather poor quality: I already have a few broken screws (broken in half, not just the thread); same fate for the included screwdriver and some other parts. I will complete the puzzle and try to request the replacements for the broken parts later - so far none of them stop me from proceeding with the assembly. I'll see how that goes. Right now, not sure if I can recommend the product.
