Introduction

This is an -type double-cylinder double-piston Stirling engine. It features a dual cylinder design, with two cylinders of identical structure that work together for heat and cold exchange. Each set of cylinders generates heat energy on one side and cooling on the other, leading to a significant temperature difference of up to 500 degrees.

Design Features

The engine employs 20MM power cylinders and stainless steel heating pipes on both sides. The heating cylinder’s heating pipe is intentionally designed longer for better compression ratio.

The connecting rods of the two cylinder sets are connected through two gear systems with a ratio of 2:1, allowing the crankshaft to reach 1000r/min and the 78MM flywheel to spin at 2000r/min.

To ensure smooth and quiet operation, the machine utilizes 14 precision bearings. The cylinder and piston use GCR15 bearing steel for increased durability and a hardness of 58-62HRC after quenching.
