    This is a very attractive model and is much quieter than another Stirling engine model my son has. This one does not require any assembly (other than putting the burner lid/wick together and attaching the drive belt for the generator). It works great and the generator/light bulb aspect is a nice addition compared to the other Stirling engine my son has - that version just runs but does not produce anything.
