ENJOMOR Rhombic Hot Air Stirling Engine Model Toy
This engine features a unique gear coaxial diamond structure design, making it stand out from similar models in the market. The 20MM power cylinder and the 20MM 304 stainless steel heating pipe are combined into a single cylinder, while the two sets of brass gears move in the same position with the crankshaft wheel.
To ensure longevity, the cylinder liner and piston liner are crafted from bearing steel GCR15, CNC lathe processed, and quenched to increase hardness to 58-62HRC. Ground to precision of plus or minus 0.005mm, they effectively seal gas within the cylinder as the piston reciprocates.
The engine boasts an exaggerated flywheel with a diameter of 78MM and a thickness of 20MM, giving it a weight of 155g – five times that of the M14 series flywheel. Additionally, the brass gear measures nearly 40mm in diameter, the brass crankshaft 25MM, and the cylinder liner wall thickness 2.5MM. Combined, these components contribute to the engine’s substantial weight of 1.4KG.
Redesigned heat exchange piston and cylinder enhance the machine’s heat exchange capacity. After 20 minutes of operation, the engine cylinder temperature stabilizes around 100 degrees, while the front section of the heating pipe reaches 600 degrees. This substantial temperature difference ensures sustained power output.
