And yall came in clutch, might just order another one so I can have a sealed one.
As for the kit, I loved it. I've always loved the design of the Tallgeese and it looks perfect. It had some drawbacks but I went in knowing most of them.
It is a relatively quick build. I would suggest giving anything you intend to panel line or paint a good wash as mine had some of the molding grease(oil?) on it. The armor separating and opening booster gimmicks are absolutely awesome. The elbows and knees separate into multiple pieces and the two backpack booster pods are a bit mechanically excessive but look amazing. Some parts have a habit of popping off but flare above the ankle attached to the shin is particularly egregious when posing it.
Speaking of posing, it's OK. It is back heavy, the articulation is fairly limited (not a brick), the waist is a bit weak, and getting it to hold either weapon in a dynamic pose on the ground is a legitimate hassle. Add an action base and most of that becomes trivial. The arms that hold the rifle and shield can easily hold the weapons at any angle so once you find a good pose it will start that way. The gun in the default position does conflict with the boosters opening gimmick so to get the most out of it you really need to be patient or put it on a stand. There's also a lot of detail overall on the kit outside panel lining opportunities and the decals. It also has some subtle color separation.
Overall it is an excellent kit, easy quick build, great detail, cool gimmicks, a little limited in posing, mechanically wonderful, and the end result looks excellent. If you like the design you'll probably like the kit. Most of the issues comes from it being a bit dated but represent fairly minor complaints on the whole.
