    Absolutely my favorite MG so far. The inner frame is a work of art 💯✨ and the end result is just gorgeous on the shelf. Worth every penny.

    Good kit! 👍 Solid engineering, no issues putting it together. Only minor thing is a couple of color-correct stickers are a bit fiddly.

    This kit is worth it alone just for the catapult! Plus you get a Gundam MK II. The kit itself is fantastic, and has aged exceptionally well!

    If you're looking for a really simple build with lots of nice surface details, this is it! I keep the Mk II right next to my desk in case I need to fidget with something during breaks from homework! The stand and little floating workers on tether cables make it super clean as its own stand-alone desk piece. I'm never scared to pick it up and put it into some crazy poses. It's just a nice, simple, detailed kit!

    The 2.0 name is often synonymous with great kit. While this is no exception, this kit does show its age a little bit. There are color correcting stickers on the shield which are a bit annoying, and some awkward numbs here and there, but otherwise this kit is amazing. The proportions are great, the possibility is effective, and the final product is solid.

    The 2.0's are great, and this one is too. Not a lot of surface detail, but the mobile suit itself is a looker in terms of overall design IMO.

    The MG RX-178 Gundam Mk II is a great kit with a few dated aspects but there are more than enough things that even modern kits lack to make up for it. The Good: decent color separation, Argama catapult deck, extra 1/100 scale figures, great armor movement in the legs, textured hoses, and chrome plated parts. The Bad: ball jointed hips, the collapsible shield is tricky to assemble, and the skirting armor could have more parts.

    I really appreciate it when Bandai uses novel materials in their kits so the hoses and chrome pistons are great additions. The legs have more armor movement than most modern kits and I wish that was something that they continued to focus on because it makes the MG line feel extra premium. Don't let the kit's age scare you away and pick this Gundam up!

    This actionfigurenow looks fairly good aside from some lack of surface detail and color separation. I absolutely love the dry transfer decals it comes with, it's a kit you may need to put a bit of effort into to make it look great, such as panel lining. May even be a necessity due to it's lack of color separation in areas where it could really really use it. I personally got it for it's nicer shelf presence, but if you want something more detailed, I'd suggest you get the Real Grade version of this same Gundam instead.

    The package arrived in good condition, no broken pieces. Overall a really good kit if you're down to put some TLC into it.

    Excellent proportions and brilliant colors (the darker blue is especially striking). Check out the armor split with that killer knee bend! The MG 2.0 made a stellar leap in design for the line in 2006. The extra catapult deck for diorama posing puts this one over the top. And the white plastic is less conducive to nub marks versus the blued Titans version (which lacks the catapult deck). My personal favorite lead Gundam design. Essential to any actionfigurenow collection.

    This for being a rather dated kit was a solid build experience. I wanted to try my hand at airbrushing and scribing more with this kit to add some details and it was a blast. The best part was that even though this kit is almost 20 years old it holds up super well and I have no complaints.

    This for being a rather dated kit was a solid build experience. I wanted to try my hand at airbrushing and scribing more with this kit to add some details and it was a blast. The best part was that even though this kit is almost 20 years old it holds up super well and I have no complaints.
