MG 1/100 Strike Gundam + IWSP

Product Description

This highly articulated model kit of the Strike Gundam IWSP from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED MSV features impressive detail and comes armed with the IWSP (Integrated Weapon Striker Pack). Additional armaments include two anti-ship swords, Grand Slam, two rail guns, two cannons, one Midas Messer beam boomerang, a beam rifle, and a shield mounting a six-barrel gatling cannon. The IWSP can be attached onto the MG Strike Rouge. A display stand, a custom markings decal sheet, and stickers are included.

    Excellent build with awesome parts separation with some cool gimmicks. Glad it came with it's own action base. Great articulation with double joints on arms and legs. Very top heavy once you attach the IWSP. One thing to look out for is the V fin likes to fall out, so you might want to glue that. Also, there is limited movement for the head and cannons on the IWSP. Other than that it is huge and had shelf presence.

    This is the second modern MG kits I've build and I found it an all around winner. Fit is close to excellent, joins are tight but not too tight so no forcing was needed. (I did somehow break the pin in one foot armor cover). The inner frame is nicely detailed and can be easily improved with drybrushing or even paint pens. The inside of most pieces of armor are also detailed and can be painted. This was the most balanced kit I've built, as of yet, he balanced on all sorts of position without support, I was even able to get a 'ball kick' pose with everything balanced on one leg. IWSP is also nicely detailed with plenty of panel lines (though none movable wing surfaces). If you want to try out a modern MG kit this is surely a good one!

    Overall it was good, just a slight delay on the packaging but the item was in great condition upon arrival!
