I've purchased this kit when it first came out. About 20ish years ago. How does it hold up? This kit transforms, so after a few times, it's pretty muc...More
I've purchased this kit when it first came out. About 20ish years ago.
How does it hold up? This kit transforms, so after a few times, it's pretty much a lanky mess that will no longer be able to stand.
The legs are held together in the middle by small pegs and these won't be able to hold for long.
This kit has caused me to not like transformable kits. Especially if you plan on painting them.

The looks:
It loos great! The orange will really stand out from among your other kits. I mainly build Gundams so their is a lot of white on my shelf.

Other gimmicks include saber storage, felt coverings in the back of the knees which look great, blue beam sabers, and extra ammo for its really nice looking beam rifle.

(The gloss i used on the kit yellowed over the years. Mind the nibs as I've build this as a kid 20 years ago lol)
