16-Cylinder Stirling Engine Model Kit Collection Gift for Engineer
This 16-cylinder Stirling engine is a heat engine in the Stirling engine class, comprising 8 hot cylinders and 8 cold cylinders. It’s mounted on a wooden base and incorporates a propeller in the front. An exceptionally entertaining toy gift.
Key Features:
1. 16-Cylinder Design: An external combustion engine where fuel is continuously combusted, and the piston’s movement is driven by the expansion of air (or helium or hydrogen) as a medium. The expansion gas is cooled in the cold chamber and circulated repeatedly.
2. External Combustion Engine: Circumvents explosions typical of traditional internal combustion engines, resulting in high efficiency, minimal noise, low pollution, and reduced operating costs.
3. Altitude Efficiency: External engine output’s maximum advantage and efficiency are influenced by altitude, making it ideal for high-altitude regions.
4. Educational Toy and Teaching Aid: Features abundant physics knowledge, demonstrates the engine’s principle intuitively, and can effectively cultivate children’s learning interest. It can also be employed as a classroom teaching aid for clear and accessible understanding.
5. Unique Design: Floating bead connects 8 cylinders and their pistons. Driven by the motor power of hot air, it offers an incredible spectacle. Features 8 cylinders, 8 heating tubes, and 8 fire outlets that ignite the flame onto the stainless steel heating tube, providing a cooling effect.
Description:
– Name: 16-Cylinder Stirling Engine Model
– Status: Assembled
– Material: Aluminum Alloy + Stainless Steel + Solid Wood + Hard Glass
– Dimensions: 23 x 15 x 16 cm
– Model: 16-Cylinder (8 heating tubes + 8 cooling tubes)
– Packaging Dimensions: 30 x 20 x 20 cm
– Packaging Weight: 1050 g
– Packaging: Carton Box
Operating Procedures:
1. Manually rotate the Stirling engine’s flywheel in the horizontal position to ensure smooth operation. Inspect if the connecting rod is standard and if there is oil cylinder or dust. If so, remove it with toilet paper. If the flywheel’s resistance feels normal, it indicates proper cylinder sealing.
2. Thread the cotton from the alcohol lamp’s packaging into the metal cap lamp. (Butane gas is the recommended fuel for this engine, available separately.)
3. Press the button on the tank, turn the upper valve, ignite, and wait approximately 30 seconds for heating.
4. Rotate the propeller to initiate operation; the fuel tank’s position includes a knob for adjusting flame size. It can regulate speed. (Note: For the model’s longevity, frequent adjustments are not advised.)
5. Close the valve, extinguish the flame, and wait for the heating cylinder to cool before touching it, to avoid burns.
Package Includes:
– 1 Set x 16 Cylinder Stirling Engine
