RG 21 00 Qan[T]

From the Gundam 00 universe comes a brand new Real Grade!

The 00 Quanta (Qan[t]), the successor to the Exia and 00 Gundam, integrates the Real Grade line’s concept of leveraging real-world inspiration for the imaginary technologies found in the Gundam universe.

This model accurately recreates the GN Drive docking and the GN Shield’s range of motion as seen in the Gundam 00 movie, “Awakening of the Trailblazer,” using a sequence of mechanical mounts and swinging joints.

For horizontal sword holding, the frame has unique adjustments that let the wrist run parallel to the arm. All weapon tricks, including converting between sword and rifle forms, have been accurately replicated.

    I have built several RG kits including the GN 01 Exia and I find that compared to that kit, the 00 Qan[T] is just as rock-solid. For an RG kit, it was an incredibly fast build. I found that the most challenging experience was cleaning the nubs from the green translucent pieces especially the smaller ones that go on the arms. This kit truly shines when it is put on a stand to pose. If you can think it, you can pose it in any way you want; it is truly capable of some dynamic action poses. If you like the RG line, if you like Gundam 00, then you should definitely get this kit.
