However, the joint connecting the right arm to the shoulder snapped the first time I went to pose it. My fault? Maybe. But the inner frame on this one is VERY stiff.
Therefore, I have two recommendations with this build:
1: Decide if you're going to display it in Unicorn mode or Destroy mode, and transform as you assemble each piece
2: Move every joint of the MS frame as you build it and make sure they move smoothly, it's a much tighter frame than others I've built. This may be where I went wrong.
All in all I'd still recommend, but be careful building/moving.
Second part is the arms where they attach to the torso. They attach on pegs that are parallel to the ground INSIDE the torso. Normally this is great because it gives excellent range of movement, but if the arms ever come loose it is a massive pain getting them back into their pegs. It requires practically disassembling the torso and shoulders to do.
Long story short -- I love the look of this kit but I try to touch it as little as possible.
Can't wait to build
Overall a great kit, looks good in a variety of poses, and the weapons look very detailed. I built mine a couple years ago, but it still holds new poses as looks great on the shelf. If you're a fan of the Unicorn or just a fun on building RG kits, you'll enjoy this one.
Be careful with the arm joints, you have to move them a bit since they are very stiff.
The only downside was Fedex did not handle my package well. first it was 5 days late and the og box had been replaced so when I opened it I found the kits box had water damage on one of the corners as was taped by I can only assume fedex.
