A four-stroke (also four-cycle) engine is

an internal combustion (IC) engine in which the piston completes four separate strokes while turning the crankshaft.
A stroke refers to the full travel of the piston along the cylinder, in either direction.
Methanol is a high octane fuel that is also extremely resistant to detonation.
It has a tendency to absorb heat out of the air – something known as “latent heat of vaporization.” The water also absorbs heat and provides a further cooling effect as the finely atomized water/methanol mix is pumped into the engine.
The cooler, denser intake charge reduces the chances of detonation even as the high-octane methanol boosts power.

Why Use Methanol Injection Fuel?

Working of a Four Stroke Methanol Engine

A stroke is the movement of the piston from the top, to the bottom of the cylinder. the Four Stroke Petrol Engine uses a cycle of four strokes and Methanol as the fuel. Each cycle includes 2 rotations of the crankshaft and four strokes, namely:

1. An Intake Stroke
2. A Compression Stroke
3. A Combustion Stroke also called Power Stroke
4. An Exhaust Stroke

The fuel formula is generally: 20% castor oil, nitromethane 5-30%, the rest is methanol; this product does not require high concentration methanol fuel, and can be used at a concentration of 20-25%. The process of moving from one end of the cylinder to the other when the piston reciprocates within the cylinder is called a stroke.
3. Parts Required for Operation: Requires a 7.4v or 11.1v battery to start the battery. The battery needs a T plug, the female end is on the engine side, and the electric fire head is needed. The electric fire head is a general-purpose product, which can be used in our shop or in other stores.
