Engine Startup Steps:

1. Verify engine wiring, connect fuel tank pipeline, and insert AA battery (1.5v).
2. Fill the tank with 95 gasoline. After filling, turn the flywheel clockwise (power switch side) for several turns to eliminate air.
3. Activate the power switch and swiftly rotate the flywheel clockwise (power switch side) to start the engine.

Notice:

1. If the ignition device and cylinder compression are functioning correctly, but the engine fails to start normally, consider adjusting the carburetor oil needle.
2. Tighten the main oil needle on the carburetor, then loosen 1/4 turn and start the flywheel to achieve the optimal gasoline-to-air mixing ratio.
3. Turn off the power switch when the engine stops.

    Der Motor kam sehr gut verpackt nach guten 2 Wochen bei mir an. Es ist bereits alles vormontiert und voreingestellt, der Motor lief bei mir out of the box sehr gut! Die Verarbeitungsqualität für den Preis ist echt irre, hat mich sehr begeistert. Er lässt sich super einfach mit dem Seilzug starten, der Starter für den Akkuschrauber ist meiner Meinung nach nicht nötig. Für einen etwas leiseren Sound habe ich bei mir den Auspuff etwas verlängert. Gefällt mir jetzt optisch besser und der Klang ist super!

    Engine randomly stopped running. Timing is perfect, good compression, good spark. Odd why it woes the run. In all fairness, actionfigurenow allowed me to return it for a replacement engine. So great service as always. However if you are to have this engine I suggest you use oil in the fuel and keep everything well lubricated. Parts can wear out at such a small scale. Thank you for the support actionfigurenow!

    The engine didnt start well and i noticed that the Spark plug was broken as well.
    I had to buy a new one.
    Not a completely happy buy...
    Sorry because the engine itself is well done and apparently robust.

    Well made little engine! It does take a little patience to adjust the carburetor properly, but runs very good once broken-in. In the video you can see that it runs nice under a little load placed on it from my fingers! Smoked a little because I had a little too much oil in the crankcase, better to have too much oil than not enough! :) Fun to play with and makes a great display piece!

    As it is made of brass and stainless steel, it is heavy despite its small size. I used Coleman's White Gasoline instead of Gasoline because it has less odor and soot and has better startability. As a precaution, I added 5% of Honda 2-stroke oil. I could easily start it with an electric drill with the attached adapter. The throttle stayed slow and the engine ran for about 30 minutes. A good compression was obtained by running around 3 tanks as a break-in operation. It is a very well-made mini OHV engine. By the way, the capacity of both the cooling water hopper and the fuel tank is about 10cc.
