Operation

Ignition:
Connect the spark plug to the cap and voltage regulator module
Connect to a 7.4V T-Plug battery

Fuel:
Connect the oil tube to the fuel tank and engine

Starting:
Connect the 11V T-Plug battery to the start connector, simulator, and starting motor

Tips

Avoid touching the motor fan to prevent scratches
Use caution around the cylinder to prevent burns
Lubricate the engine before use to prevent wear

Four Stroke Methanol Engine Explained

Intake Stroke: Intake valve opens, allowing air-fuel mixture into the cylinder
Compression Stroke: Piston moves up, compressing the air-fuel mixture
Combustion Stroke: Spark plug ignites the mixture, driving the piston down
Exhaust Stroke: Exhaust valve opens, allowing exhaust gases to escape
