Engine Start-Up Steps:
1. Connect wiring, fuel tank oil pipe, and 3 AA batteries (4.5V) on the wooden base.
2. Fill the fuel tank with 95 gasoline. Rotate the flywheel clockwise on the engine’s power switch surface multiple times to distribute fuel and remove air from fuel lines.
3. Activate the power switch and turn the flywheel clockwise on the power switch surface to start the engine.
Warm Tips:
1. Continuously fill the water tank after engine start to fill the cylinder and maintain water circulation.
2. Adjust the carburetor oil needle if the ignition device and cylinder compression are normal but the engine fails to start.
3. Loosen the main oil needle on the carburetor by 1/4 turn after tightening, optimizing the gasoline-air mixture ratio for normal operation.
4. Turn the power switch off when the machine stops running.
